Rhonda Dodge, MSPT

Physical Therapist

Rhonda received her Masters in Physical Therapy from Washington University, in St. Louis, MO, in 1995. Prior to that she earned a Bachelors in Biology and Psychology from Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois. She worked in St. Louis at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and then moved to Minneapolis for four years where she worked in the neurological rehab setting and then outpatient orthopedics.

A Colorado native, she was able to return to Denver in 2000 where she has had the opportunity to work in a variety of outpatient settings. Rhonda joined Cherry Creek Wellness Center in 2010. Rhonda loves working with patients in the outpatient orthopedic setting because she gets to see improvement in a short period of time. She believes in developing a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship with her patients and empowering them to be a part of their healing in order to return to a fully functional life without pain. She believes in a multi system approach to treating her patients. Rhonda joined the ActivCore team in January 2017.

Outside of work and being a mom, Rhonda has a love of travel, gardening, fitness, and cooking.

Ed Foresman, DPT

Physical Therapist

Ed became interested in physical therapy as a teenager when his brother, after a devastating injury, returned to high-school baseball with the help of a physical therapist. Ed earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and applied physiology from the University of Colorado. During that time he worked in an outpatient chronic pain clinic in Boulder, Colo., and decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. He returned to the University of Colorado to earn a doctorate in PT.

Ed continues to work with chronic pain patients, and also participates in research projects and case studies. He published his first case study in December 2009.

An athlete, Ed has participated in collegiate rowing, soccer, long-distance running and cycling. He continues to compete in local and regional running events and has coached for the BolderBoulder training club, preparing runners for races from the 5k to the marathon. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, fly-fishing and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Nick Holm, PT, MSPT

Physical Therapist, Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, Certified in Trigger point Dry Needling

Nick grew up in Houston, Texas and fell in love with physical therapy at a young age. After multiple knee surgeries due to high school sports injuries Nick decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. He was accepted to the accelerated Masters program at Boston University with academic scholarship. Several Red Sox games and St. Patrick’s days later, Nick graduated and moved to Denver to start his career. He has been practicing with Cherry Creek Wellness Center since 2007 in the orthopedic setting. As the profession is constantly evolving, Nick believes strongly in continuing education, and he has received additional training in spinal mobilization/manipulation, TMJ disorders, ankle/foot pathology, knee/shoulder injuries, and golf specific injuries.

Nick enjoys treating clients of all ages with particular interest in sports related injuries and biomechanics. He utilizes manual therapy techniques to promote an optimal environment for the body to heal and combines functional exercises to retrain appropriate movement patterns to prevent recurrence of injury. He also stresses the importance of patient education so that clients have the tools at home to maximize their recovery and ability to return to the activities they love. In his free time, Nick enjoys playing soccer, basketball, football, golf, and softball.

Wendy Adams, PMA-CPT

Functional Fitness Specialist

Wendy discovered Pilates at the age of 15 while dancing Pre-Professionally with the Atlanta Ballet, and loved how Pilates complimented and enhanced her Ballet training. In 2005, Wendy completed her Power Pilates 600 hour Comprehensive Training Program at Studio Lotus in Atlanta, GA. After the birth of her second daughter in 2009, she discovered Redcord and how amazing that was to help her recover from pregnancy. Wendy’s love of healthy movement encouraged her to advance her training and become FMS certified and she has also received advanced training in Stretch Therapy. She has spent the last ten years working at Studio Lotus in Atlanta, GA and has fine-tuned all of her skills to create individualized workout for clients of all levels. Wendy is PMA certified and is Denver’s only Certified Redcord Active Specialist.

Wendy and her family relocated to Denver, CO in 2015. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, hiking, dancing and the occasional obstacle course race.
