Heidi joined Cherry Creek Wellness Center in August 2012. Born and raised in Gillette, Wyoming she graduated with her BS in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Wyoming in 2006. She has been a certified ACSM Health and Fitness Instructor since 2006. She continued on with school and graduated in 2009 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. She has moved back to the mountains in May 2012 after spending some time in the deserts of Arizona. Since graduating, Heidi has focused her practice on pelvic floor dysfunction in women and men, athletic injuries, and general outpatient rehabilitation for people of all ages and injuries. No two patients are the same, therefore Heidi focuses on individualized programs combining manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and pain relieving/function improving techniques.
Heidi has a passion for endurance athletic events, including marathons and triathlons. She is drawn to the mountains to hike and ski. She has experience as a personal trainer and fitness boot camp instructor. Heidi enjoys traveling and has a rule of never completing the same race twice which has given her the opportunity to visit many different areas of the United States and other countries. She loves spending time with family and friends promoting a healthy lifestyle with activities and cooking.

Laura is a Colorado native. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado in 2008. While in college, Laura served as a peer mentor in the Assault Survivors Advocacy Program, where she assisted victims of assault and trauma. This experience solidified her passion for helping and serving others.
After college, Laura worked for six years as a Medicaid case manager for the mental health support wavier, helping people connect with resources, services, and mental health support in the community. Laura is happy to be working in the health care field again, and helping people get the care they need to live their lives fully!
In her free time, Laura enjoys going off-roading, hiking, photographing wildlife & landscapes, attending car races, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves her 2 Chihuahuas Daisy and Floyd, and cat Jensen.
Rachel graduated from the University of Colorado in 2015 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to pursuing her career in physical therapy, Rachel studied dance at the University of Iowa while also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Sciences, which she completed in 2008.
Rachel has experience working with patients with both orthopedic and neurological conditions. Rachel’s treatment approach includes a combination of hands on treatment and patient specific exercises to relieve pain, improve function, and help patients get back to all of the things they enjoy doing. Her special interests include vestibular rehabilitation and dance medicine. She has been working with patients who suffer from dizziness, vertigo, and balance dysfunction since she began her career as a physical therapist. Rachel also has over 20 years of dance training, including experience working as a dance instructor and working with dancers to treat and prevent dance related injuries.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys teaching ballet, exploring the mountains, and spending time with her husband and their three dogs.
